Just custom fit? Nifty products, Weather Tech, Highland USA, Husky liner, Lloyd's, that's all I can get off the top of my head.
Lloyd's makes some really nice carpet floor mats, but they aren't cheap, your looking $100-150 for a set. However they are the nicest I've ever held.
Nifty makes both carpeted and rubberized. Their carpet is a little more durable than Lloyds and the rubber is very nice.
Weather tech's floor liners are great looking. Theirs and Highland's all weather mats are pretty much the same, and my need to be trimmed (they are pre scored) but are good mats if you carry a lot trash into the cab.
I'm not fond of husky's mats, the lip likes to fall over after one summer, but they are probably the ones making fitted diamond texture mats.
One of the things I liked about Lloyds was when they didn't have what we needed, we could send them a full sized drawing and they would verify and make it. I don't know if they work with the public like that, but it might be worth a phone call to you. I can't remember all of my contacts there, but Dotty is the first to come to mind.
