Just wondering if anyone has a 20/20 compact bender from shop outfitters. (Metal Bending Tools,Universal Fabricator, Metal Fabrication, Pipe Bender, Tube Bender,) I need to get mine set up and would like some input on space requirements around the bender plus any tips for bolting it down to the floor. If at all possible I would like the option of un-bolting the bender without having studs sticking up thru the floor just in case it's in the way for other projects in the future. Thanks guys!
You can buy acher bolts at places like Meeks. They thread into the concrete like regular bolts, so you can remove them like regular bolts. Just drill the holes with the right size bit, and they won't be loose or sloppy.
My friens has a tubing bender mounted that way. he has it mounted right by the garage door, so he can move the tubing without restrictions. you'll need alot of room to move the tubing around as you're bending it, especially real long peices.
