FORD BEATS THE BOW TIE EVERYTIME
I know that a lot of transmissions that Ford used were interchagneable between the 300/302/351s but I dont know about that particular transmission. What I do know is that it will most likely require new driveshafts unless you plan on using the ones out of the bronco (as long as the bronco and f-250 both have the same 9in or 8.8 rearends). I have also been told that without the electronic inputs to the computer from the transmission, the engine will not run. So you will need a new computer for a manual trans ($250 from local ford dealer, also said that will increase fuel mileage due to improvements made in computer). Then you may have to modify the tranny support crossmember. I have never done that particular swap but I have a 90 Bronco with a 351 and have researched a swap to a zf s542 trans and a np435. If you have driveshafts, the clutch, the new computer, tranny support crossmemeber, and oh yeah, make sure that the transfer case will bolt up to the manual trans unless you plan to swap the t-case as well which may require modifying the linkage if the bronco t-case is not a borg warner 1356 which is what your f-250 has. With all of the those parts it should work at least that's all that I can think of right now. It sounds like a difficult process so good luck.
I went for a auto to a stick in my 78 F150 4X4 all I needed was the peddles and a flywheel. the mount from the auto tranny worked I just had to turn it around to get the holes to line up.
