HELP!! Trailer light issue

When I hook up my 2003 F250 to my trailer everything works fine til I turn on my headlights. Then the passenger side brake light won't work. I hooked it up to another truck and it works just fine so obviously its my tuck. The question is what is wrong.

Go down to the "Towing - Trailers And 5th Wheels Forum". It's a few forums below this one. And go here in particular... https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/5...g-diagram.html

Make sure your electrical plug is wired THIS way!

Make sure you have a ground wire hooked up. For an experiment, take a jumper cable and hook it to a clean place on the trailer frame, and the other end to a clean place on your truck frame, and see if the problem goes away.
