Wiring ??

I have an 05 SD and am looking to add a brake controller. I looked behind the open bin, where the factory controller would be and found two female wiring harnesses stuck to the back of the bin. Would it be safe to assume one of these are for the brake controller? The truck didnt have one when I bought it, used.
