93 AOD
Hi All,
Am looking at a 93 150 SC 2wd 302 w/what I think is the AOD. It has
PRNodD21. It has a small clunk when you shift into reverse or drive. I have only had manual Fords so not sure if this indicates a problem or if it is normal. Truck has 106k. Any thoughts?
Also, any problems I should look for w/this year and model?

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 05-Mar-02 AT 10:55 AM (EST)]Look on sticker inside drivers door panel area. A "T" in the transmission code indicates an AOD. My '92 clunks when downshifting but not when putting it in gear and stand still. Have you checked U-Joints?
