Over the years that engine in EFI trim was 205 to 210 hp. This is primarily Bronco info, but the engines are the same afaik.

So, your cold air: 0 to 5 hp, as the OEM air intake was outside the engine compartment anyway. It may be less restrictive than stock, or not. Duals: Note the peak HP numbers are all under 4000 rpm. Thus, another probably 0 gain.
13 years and xxx,000 miles: -20 hp.
