power loss while towing

05' 6.0 with afe air filter, turbo back 4'' exhaust. Towing 16,000lb. 5th wheel and engine loses power. Had fuel filters changed and still had problem. 60 mph with 22 lbs. of boost, turning
@ 2500 rpm was all that I could get the truck to run. What do I do?

I suspect EGR issues. Do you happen to have an EGT gauge? Does the truck seem really "lugging" it along?

What's happening with you coolant? Are you losing any or puking for the degas bottle?
