I've only had my Ford for about a year, so maybe this is common for the Ford AC system, but mine doesn't seem to blow air with much force. On hot days it can't keep up. Are there any air filters or restrictions in the system that could reduce airflow?
I know about putting a valve on the heater lines to improve the AC air temp, that's coming next week! :-)
I had this exact same problem, and a member here told me to try this simple thing. It worked!
Reach up from the passenger's floor and see if a plastic bag hasn't been sucked up into the intake, clogging it. It won't be far up into the box, and it will be obvious.
Does the blower motor work on all settings? Kind of a stupid question just wondering if the resistor could be on its way out, i got a couple of ball valves im installing in the system with in the next few days to shut that dam heater core off! Then it should be ice cold = )
