drive train help

Im running a F-350 dually 460 EFI,5 speed standard trans. Has anyone adapted or know of a overdrive unit for this setup. Since this is a highway truck,not a city or farm truck im looking for better mileage,with less rpm. Does tire height,make a noticeable diffrence.
All ideas welcome !
