96 F250 Anyone done a 7.5 to 7.3 Swap??

I would like to re-power my 1996 F250 SC4X4 with a powerstroke instead of the current 7.5 gasser. Has anyone done this? I know the footprint will be a bit different but it looks like is should be doable!
Anyone need a good 7.5............??

That would be a big undertaking. The under hood and under dash wiring harness, ecm, gauges, radiator and the front rad support are different and would require swaping or moding. Your best bet would be to buy a whole donor truck so you would have all the parts... or sell your truck and buy one as that would be the cheapest probably... power strokes are pretty cheap in our vintage.

A cummins conversion is cool but spendy...
