I see several vendors offer weatherstripping kits, Jeff's Bronco Graveyard, Auto Krafters, Dennis Carpenter, etc. Has anyone got new weatherstripping? Who did you use and what did you think of the quality/fitment? Anyone know if they are all selling the same manufacturers product or if they are different?
I'm going to be getting my truck painted soon and will be removing all replacing all the weatherstripping. Just want some input from anyone who has done this. Also will probably get a new grille and headlight bezels since mine are so-so.
bought all my stuff off ebay. precision is the manufacture of the window kits, can't remember who the grill, hl buckets and chrome made by. happy with everything still 1 year later
I also bought my door opening weatherstrip off e-bay. I got a kit with seals for both doors for $30 + shipping. The price beat anyone else I had seen, and the quality was great compared to the cracked and flattend originals I had on the truck. No more wet floor is a good thing!
We carry some great weatherstrip kits too for Ford Trucks. Here's a link to that section on our site if you would like to check on prices. We offer free shipping on all parts.
