'83 f350 question
1983 f350 just dies and will not run until it cools down completly. have bypassed neutral safty switch. also replaced pick-up in distributor. replaced ign module. am i missing something? 7.5l v/8 automatic

The Coil can overheat as well. The coil is oil cooled and the oil inside can deteriorate after time.
You may also be experiencing vapor lock.
Did you have the module tested before replacing?
Do as Ctubutis suggests.

I would buy a Motorcraft Module myself. They start easier, and are more reliable, IMO. Though they cost more, it will pay for itself in the long run.
