Well, I'm sure some of you may know me from the 92-96 f-150&larger forum. Although I do check out other forums and post in them occasionally, I now have a reason to post in this forum.
Allow me to introduce my new baby
It's the only pic I have at the moment as it is the vendors pic and I don't pick it up until tomorrow. It is bought and paid for though and she's all mine. He sold it due to the fact that the tranny was slipping out of gear(cough..mlps..cough).
She will likely not see the road till next spring though as It is gonna get a good going over, a few minor mods, new paint, new rubber and some other stuff I can't think of right now.
I'll post more pics soon.
Dave
You will love it! I have had my share of trucks(150's and 250's) but nothing like the Bronco, Even before I dieselized it. Enjoy it it will take you pretty much anywhere you want to go and has room for alot of people and gear plus keeps it all dry.
Thanks all.
I look forward to many years of enjoyment with my truck and will share the progress as she is restored.
I will also mention it was my second baby this week.
On Tuesday at 10:53...My daughter Olivia Alexandra was born.
This baby(Olivia) will of course come first...
I'll post a pic when I upload the pics to comp.
Thanks again for the comments guys!
Congrats on both! Take care of the Bronco and I will guarantee your baby girl will learn to drive it! Yes, they are that reliable and will still be running that far into the future.
Thanks greystreak92...
I now know the reason behind your name.
I just saw the photos you posted for the tire/lift question...and of course had to know why you would not still own such a beautiful Bronco.
I was devastated to see the "after" pics. My sincerest condolences....
I hope that my rig will one day look that awesome.
I will have to repaint mine and have been wondering about whether or not to keep original colours. It is more work to switch colours, but if I do, I would seriously consider that colour combination. Are those original colours for that truck?
Anyway, thanks again for the comments.
& The thought that maybe one day I could teach my baby to driver her.....already crossed my mind.
Yes, the colors were OEM. Loved that truck... C'est la vie! She lives on in the 93 that I have now... the 93 is missing the grey down the sides but I'm still toying with color combo's myself since I am just beginning to have "cancer" issues with the '93 and will probably need to do some paint work once I repair it.
I will warn you, Mickey Thomson no longer makes the Challenger wheels. Bust everything else is still available. Best of luck with the truck.
