A burning rear axle ratio question;

My 1998 E-350 V-10 has a "34" for axle code inside the drivers door. What is this axle ratio ? I can't seem to find anywhere that will give me the code for decoding this ? Any help ? Thanks, Ken

Post A burning rear axle ratio question;

I found those codes in my owners manual in the towing section. In the '88 F-Series there isn't a 34 listed but there is a 35 code for a 4.10 rear with 6250 lb capacity. A 39 code is 6250/3.55.
