ford error code p2196

ford error code p2196
Hi, I am an old ford owner but new to the site. I know that Ford guys Rock,,, so here is my problem.
I have an 05 f-150 5.4.
It has the error code P2196
"02 sensor singal stuck rich
bank 1
sensor 1
I know they have 4 sensors left and right ,before / after cat.
I need to know what is the difference between them.
Is bank 1 left or right or before or after??
Help!!!!!!!!!!!!
