There are two different ways to accomplish the 10k mod, one inline and one in a bypass configuration. I cannot remember wires are involved, but it is involves the ICP harness. I wired mine to switch from 10/15/20K. I have not dynoed or ran a fuell consumption test so I have no idea which one is better. 20 dramatically reduces throttle necessary to accelerate. The mod increases HP Oil Pressure. The IDM mod is completely different. It increases injector solenoid voltage.
yea im all ready running a
K&N Intake
3in DP to 4in straight pipe
and now 15k mod
im looking into the IDM for my next cheap mod i cant think of much else that would be cheaper than that. what do you think?
try gutting your ebpv or the eot mod to advance your timing clean the screen in your fuel filter housing if you have an automatic try coons shiftkit try the ccv mod its really easy there are lots of free or extremely cheap mods out there
k&n is not recommended on these trucks. It lets dust through and sandblasts the turbo. Go with the 6637. I used to run a k&n and I now have a new turbo wheel at the shop to install when I get time cause mine is blasted

pretty much everyone on here is gonna say "Get rid of the K&N". They really don't do well on our engines.
Everything else looks good. IDM mod is a good one.
