Transmission Fluid
I have the 4r100 tranny hooked up to a diesel. I was curious if the Ford dealers typically flush the whole system when changing fluid or just drain the pan and change the filter. Is it necessary to do the whole system if you're changing it every 10,000 to 15,000 miles?

Changing fluid every 20K or 30K is fine. With the newer fluids you don't see as much burnt fluid as in years past. With a drain plug on the converter there's no reason not to drain both converter and pan.
