Oil usage

I am using about a quart of oil every three weeks in my truck. F150 5.4 180K. what type of oil use are others seeing. The truck is not smoking and the plugs when changed a while back did not show any issues.

You might have better luck with this if you post it in the 5.4L engine forum instead of clutches and drive train. Just a thought.

and go by mileage.
i mean if you're driving 200 miles in 3 weeks like me, big concern.
if you're doing 3-4k miles in 3 weeks like some on this board, then....???????????????????
