I seafoamed a 2005 5.4 gas SD through the brake booster hose. It has 142xxx miles on it.
It stalled out like normal and blew some smoke out of the vaccuum hose.
Buttoned up everything and let it sit 20 minutes. Went to go drive the snot out of it and found out I have no vaccuum on that line anymore.
No power brakes!
A/c adjusts like it should and power steering is working fine.
Anybody have any clue what I messed up. Im not real familiar with the fords. Its my company work truck.
Nope. There's a "t' fitting right there. Pulled the rubber hose off that runs from the "t' up over the top of the intake and added a longer piece of hose to the "t" to make it easier to get to the can. Had vacuum before I started and while sucking in the seafoam. Now if I pull the hose back off, there's no vacuum at the "t' fitting anymore. Seems to be a hard line running around to the back of the block but I have no clue where it goes.
