I am not sure if this has been covered, but wanted to get some input from those "E4OD" gurus! LOL! I know many are against this trans, but I am going through enough other things right now as for upgrades on the ol truck, and I do a ton of hauling with my F-350, and very large amounts (1-4 tons) at a time!
I was looking at some of the aftermarket generic kits in the store for trans coolers. Most are a general kit and not vehicle specific, but come with good sized coolers. If I pick one up, I know I have my inlet and outlet lines to run to the trans.. Where on the E4OD would I plumb them into?
BTW, mine did not come equipped with a trans cooler!

I would suggest taking the lines loose where they hook to the radiator and just plumbing them in to the cooler-kill 2 birds with one stone-and get the biggest trans cooler you can use-just my opinion-I'm sure you will get others
Well see now, I swear that there wasnt even an internal cooler on this thing.. I didnt see any lines running up to the radiator.. I could be wrong and will need to recheck!
