93 f150 wont start
My neighbor has a 93 f150 that cranks over but wont start. Couple days ago it died on the way to work. When I first looked at it all it would do is spin over. Then later, it fired up and ran until I cut it off. Now all it does it fire up and go dead. The first time I checked the spark at plugs, it didn't have any. Now it has spark at the plugs. Fuel pumps work. When I grounded out the fuel pump it had 45# of pressure. Injectors have 12 volts going to them. I did the test where you hold the switch in the crank position and remove the red wire off starter relay and it did not continue to run. I checked the codes but was looking for 2 digit codes and wasn't sure if the codes were right. Now I found out the codes are probably 3 digit and got 111 and 121. I was thinking it was going to be the tfi module after reading about the problems with them but when the truck didn't continue to run on the last test I did, I am not sure now. Can the tfi still be bad if it didn't continue to run? It has the tfi on the fender. What do I need to do next?
