no 4 wheel drive
First, put a test light (or meter) on the wires going to the shift servo (motor). Then, with the engine running, have someone cycle the ESOF **** back and forth between 4x2 and 4x4, waiting 10 seconds between cycles. See if you get any voltage there. The shift servo should get voltage only for about 10 seconds, and then it quits so it's kinda hard to figure out if you have power there by yourself.
If you have no voltage there whatsoever, it sounds like the shift relays. There are two of them, the first thing you might want to try is to swap them and see if it goes into 4x4. If it does, swap them back so you can get back out
