I have a 07 F350 6.0 and I can't get the fuel psi to stay up.
The truck has ARP studs, EGR delete and I run Erics X street as a DD. I also put on a ITP RR kit and the psi will not stay up. I have the RR kit set at 65psi. and when I get on it the psi drops, even at 1/2 pedal drops to 35-40psi and at WOT it drops to 20PSI
I dont know if I shoud try the Airdog II when it comes out or do a Airdog 100 and hope that does it.
Dennis at ITP said he does not like the new Airdog II because it only does about 55psi.
I am looking for some input and help befor I start cookig injectors.
Andy,I was in the same spot but also lost pressure the longer the stock pump ran.The FASS 95/90 2014 cured all fuel delivery problems,the spring will push about 70 psi but I have the ITP set at 57-58.The difference in power above 2500 is fantastic.The fass is a bit louder than the stock pump but the straight pipe drowns it out on anything above idle.
Brickie did you order the Fass with the spring in it?
Also did you have to drop your tank to install it?
I have a cab&chassie and my tank is aft of the axle and would be a REAL PIA to drop
The spring was sent out after the pump(it mistakenly had a 20 psi spring shipped with it) they sent out a 60 or 65 psi spring that made about 70 psi witch is a little high but the ITP knocked it down to the high 50s.
The pump bolted on in a couple hours with all the stock lines, so no need to drop the tank.
No problem Andy.The injectors are an overall improvement and they gained me a couple miles a gallon.The fass seems too add a mile or two aswell.When the injectors in the Ex go I will hunt Josh down and have another set of these made up for that one for sure.

Is it safe to assume that when I install my Regulated Return from ITP (stock injectors, stock pump HP tune) that I am going to need to upgrade to a fuel delivery system????????
Man joeblow you beat me to the punch.... i was just fixing to ask that question... i just got my regulated return kit yesterday but waiting on the egr delete kit to come in to get that out the way first.
