Looks good, be careful of the welding slag inside the tubes, and you might pressure check them too.

just some ideas for you.

I used an engine to mock them up, and then tacked the S out of them, then finished welding them off the engine. I ground down the joints where i could looking for missed spots, saw none. Once they get back from the coaters i'll find a way to pressure check them, or just look for soot once it has been run

Mine was a little more complicated to get the passenger side, i used a 135* bend and a 90* bend to get them to work, as my turbo sits at the same angle as stock, uses a stock style downpipe. Did you use mild steel? 304 didnt hold up for me on the other set

Mostly stock pieces of SS with a few bends of 304... Working well so far! Your turbo must be a Garrett or S-300 type? Holset snails are too long to use the factory down pipe...

My next kit will use a factory down pipe.

Those should last a long time. You only have 2 places for a leak, instead of 4. When can we start ordering them from you.

Thanks for the compliments. I like fabbing stuff

It is a T6 kit, not a T4. I have an S400 frame charger, no i did not make the pedestal, i just recreated the up pipes. I hit 22, 2300 or some outrageous EGT, and the 304 heated up to the point where it bent, and the pipe was rubbing the head, the bellows were stretched and leaking drive pressure. These 321's have more resistance to heat, plus the 2000* ceramic coating will help spool this bitch.

Damn! I forgot for a second that you had all the modifications. Yeah I'd say 22-2300 would mess up some 304.
