p/s pump removal
hello, I know this is the wrong place but I really need some help, I posted in the van section, but no answers. I have a 94 e150, my familys only transpo (except for the ol 79 shortbed that wont fit all 5 of us) the power steering has gone out, i removed the hoses and they are fine, I do have new replacement pressure hose, my problem is I cant get the bolts out of the pump, i removed the top right one, but the 1 right below it I cant back it out all the way, and it looks like the bottom left bolt will be even harder. does anyone have any tricks or tips on the pump removal?

It's been awhile since I worked on the vans, but is the bolt behind the pulley. Might have to pull the pulley off with a special tool first to access the bolts? The pulley will have to be pressed on the new pump too with the special tools.

Borrow a power steering pulley puller/installer from Autozone (or a similar place) to remove the pulley. If it is like the trucks, the pulley will have to come off to get the pump out of the mounting bracket anyway.
