See if you have power coming out of the lightblue that is hooked to the flasher unit. If you don't, see if you have power on the white/red going to the flasher unit.

I would mess around with the turnsignal switch(Ford calls it a multi-function switch. Once you take the steering wheel off to take a look at it, make sure the wiring plugs are inserted all the way.
