I saw that in your driving plan - y'all cut the corners like a razor!
I've heard that the best way to figure turns in a race is to draw a line backwards around the track - looking for the straightest line OUT of a turn, because that's when you can go full throttle. In theory the longer you are WOT the faster you are....

The other drivers mistake was not to get out of the throttle when he was in the lead, so he could stay close inside. There is no way to pass on the outside, unless you really have some power. But--its hard to get out of the throttle when someones breathing down your neck!!

Not too bad, except for one of the AC's in the house took a dump on us last night. I think the fan motor fried, so gotta get that fixed today. At least it's not supposed to be too hot or humid today!
