A flareside bed should interchange if its a short bed. However if its a 92-96 you'll need the flareside running boards or the body lines won't match up.

I would say that adding power mirrors to a truck that didn't have them is not really worth the effort.

My truck is an XLT and has just about every option except power mirrors and I really could care less. I adjust them and leave them.

Flareside bed installation

Thanks for the advise. My truck came with all the options including the 40/20/40 seat in the rear except power mirrors.

I happen to like power mirrors because I often have to park on crowded city streets and that almost guarrentees whichever mirror is sticking out away from the curb (one way streets) will be knocked out of wack before day's end.

Adding power is not terribly difficult if one can follow the wiring diagram and possibly be a little creative in the connectors.
