Manual Switch for Automatic Overdrive? Anything is possible!
After attending a swap meet I heard that on my '69 Ford F100(Straight 6 power)I could install a switch inside the cab that would allow me to switch in and out of overdrive instead of stomping and releasing the gas pedal. Has anyone ever done this and what type of switch would have to be used?
I just installed a new intake, headers, and 4 brl so the new linkage is kind of odd and what better way to eliminate shifting errors than relying on a manual switch!
