Not that my pockets are deep enough right now to do this but I was going to price it out and add it to my wish list, but the lights I am finding look different.

Got these OEMs from PartsGuyEd. At the time I paid 48 bucks each plus shipping. There $52.57 through Ed now.

Check the links in Trey's post #12. He found some good priced aftermarket tailights. 20 bucks cheaper each.
I just saw the pics with the 08 tailgate and front conversion, your truck looks great!!!
Thanks,
It is a bit of a "Franken-truck", but looks pretty stock so it is pretty much a sleeper. I like it that way. I get to put a surprising hurt on a few unsuspecting drivers.
Robin do you have a link to the third break light? I like yours. I normally dont like them
No I don't Trey. Even if I did I would not recommend this one. After the first rain I could see that water had half filled the cargo lights. The LED brake light center portion was sealed so no water got into it. I had to remove the light and use some door jam weather strip to seal it. Has been water tight since. It was an Ebay buy over 4 years ago. I'm sure there are some good ones out there but how do you tell? Caveat emptor.
Anyone know what I could have done wrong? Both my reverse lights do not work after this mod. Under steering wheel fuse is fine. I did one side at a time and I noticed after I did one side, both sides (stock side) and newly spliced in side no longer worked. Any help is appreciated. Completely new to this type of vehicle.
Hey SW Welcome to FTE. Unfortunatley the original person Robin who did this mod past away a few months ago and as you can tell by his attention to detail he is greatly loved and missed here on the forum.
However you are in luck because we have lots of great guys and gals here that I am sure will help point you in the right direction. So hang tight and one of them will be along.
Or feel free to post a new thread about the issue also...
