There is a movie called "Hide" showing on TMC now. One scene shows a truck, obviously a bumpside, but like none I have ever seen. The grille has quad stacked rectangular headlights, similar to '81-'87 Chevrolets. When the camera pans to the side, it looks like a very plain '67 Ford (no moldings, side marker lights, etc.). There was only a brief glimpse of the rear, but it resembles an old unibody.
I researched the movie and learned that, although it was set in the U.S. southwest, it was actually filmed in Argentina. I found some videos on Youtube showing South American bumpsides with that look at the rear, but not the same grille/headlight arrangement.
An interesting line in the movie was a comment about really liking that American truck.
Back in the early Eighties, quad headlights were the rage for "customizing" a van or such. Might just be someones handywork and they used it for the movie?
That could explain the front, but I can't imagine anyone changing the rear that way, particularly as it looks so much like the videos of the Argentine trucks. It's hard to tell, but it seems to even have the separate tailgate handles, like the unibody.
