Torbocharging a 300 inline 6?
I am currently planning to build a turboed 300. I need some info to help me with the planning.
I will be looking for preferably a 96, but may settle for a 92-95.
What size fuel injectors do they have?
what fuel pressure do they run?
do they use a constant fuel pressure, or is it variable, like on my 91?
How much power can the stock bottom end handle?
has this been done before? I can't find any info, but seems almost perfectly suited for it.
My goal is mostly low end torque, but in the end of coarse that will add power too. I am thinking it will be around 300hp, and hopefully 450lb/ft of torque. The torque is somewhat of a guess, but the hp is being calculated with BSFC calculations.
