Thanks guys for all your help first of all. More than likely I will need it again, hope not though. 
Well, you will never guess what it was that was killing my truck dead. Banks engineering sold me one chip (120hp Excursion) and sent me another (80hp F-250). Needless to say the ECM was massively confused. They are fixing the problem for free, thank god. Guess I should of found this site sooner before I WASTED all that money on Banks um..... stuff. Thanks to you guys I had some direction of where to start and which direction to go(communication). I am very thankful. Any diesel pros around my area? Pierce Nebraska.

The problem is simple when the solution is known!
Amazing how simple a problem is when you have solved it.
My transmission would fail to shift into 3 and od so you would suspect transmission.
Nope PCM failure. Glad yours is solved.

I love mine to smoke, I get why people don't want them to smoke but it is kind of hard to not smoke and make good usuable power. Banks drag truck just uses nitrous to clear up the smoke. Cheaters!! I could make my truck not smoke at all if I was using half that much nitrous.
Try to see if you can get them to take back the chip after that experience I'd just want my money back. Wel even more so after learning how much better other tuners are.
