Wow! its no fun taking the fenders off a F-7 by your by self, my arms are not long enough to reach both sides and the fender is twice the sides of the F-1 ..Boy I hope I can make one friend before I have to put it together
LOL, I have often thought about making a spreader-bar arrangement for lifting front clips and stuff like that with an engine hoist. May need to make one for an F7/8 fender as well.
Try changing to Old Milwaulkee, then a nice visegrip and a 1/2 inch socket with long
extention and tighten till they snap. I just did this Sunday with a 53 F900 I dont want
those bolts I just snap them or torch. Now i replaced the fender using stainless
nuts and bolts. (I dont allow steel bolts in my garage.)
