My son is going to make me an x-member sorta like this one, but using full box design (14ga), instead of the C channel (11ga).
we can make 2 or 3 just as easy as one.
Walton Fab sells their 11ga version for $550. plus shipping.
we think we can do this for $275 plus shipping
finished
60 inches long
8 inch thru section in the middle
room for exhaust down the sides thru the chassis.
room for wiring and brake/fuel lines where it mounts to the boxing plates.
no driveshaft loop or tranny mount.
you have to box the chassis all the way down.
our inside chassis rail dimension is 29.5inches.
