As a former Bronco owner, I would LOVE to have this truck! Manuervability AND towing in the same package, SWEET. I'm sure the towing capacity is sacraficed some, but what a cool rig, IMO. The rear wheels do seem to be a bit too far foreward though. Can't wait to see finished product!

Other than the rear wheels set to far forward in the wheel well, I like it. it`s not much different than a Bronco.

"Why?" is what I always thought of the original Bronco. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

I would say they had a front and a back left over from a stretch and they did it as an in shop experiment....

I kind a like it but I agree that the wheel well looks all jacked up. They axle is too far forward.

HAHA ... go out and buy two Ex's .. give them both to this guy and tell him take two doors from one and add them to the other. Six door and two door .. cool.

I was checking Tim's site and he has the 2 door X listed at $25,000 and you pick the paint. I don't think that is too bad.

I like it. Maybe if it's jacked up higher with bigger tires the back won't look to bad

It's not bad - the rear axle's a tad far forward for my liking and I think it makes the wheelbase too short. But reminds me of a full-size Bronco the way it's put together. Different.

I think it would look better if he used a 2010 front end...

As far as being 4 wheel capable the rear approach angle is horrible. Should have moved the rear wheels and housings back about one and half feet.

Thumbs down, for sure!

Do a google search for "two door excursion" and Tim's website is the first hit. There's pics of the finished "Broncersion."

The ride must be very rough, like the original Bronco.
