Help with speed sensor
Pretty sure I need a new speed sensor (ABS light comes on when I start rolling).
Anyway, went to AutoZone and got one for $20. This one:
AutoZone.com | | Vehicle Speed Sensor | SENSOR -- SPEED
Went home to pull the one out of the top of the rear axle and it looks like this:
PartsTrain.com - Hard to Find Auto Parts and Truck Parts - Speed Sensor - 1999 Ford Expedition
Obviously, the one from AutoZone didn't fit. Don't really want to wait for delivery from parts train. Got any idea how to tell AutoZone what I really need?

Figured it out. I had purchased Vehicle Speed Sensor, when I needed an ABS Speed Sensor. A dollar cheaper (18.99); ten minutes to replace (removing the spare tire to access the sensor took longer than the replacement).
After (sadly) about two years....ABS light is gone. Yipee!
