The bottom bolts are a PITA to get to. The bottom of the mount has 1 stud that goes into a bracket that is mounted to the frame with 3 bolts. It may be easier to remove the 3 bolts from the bracket, then take the bracket out to get to the stud on the bottom.
Here's a couple pics of my mounts still on the brackets. My engine was removed from the truck before I took these out, but I think there is still enough room to get them out with the engine in there. The bolts are held in place, so you only need a ratchet/socket to get them loose.
