update:
well i have found out that the last few parts for this psd turbo is hard to find, i contacted the guy i bought the turbo from and he said he might be able to help me some, with parts(he works at a ford dealership) the only thing keeping me from getting this turbo on is the downpipe and pressure chamber that all i lack

How close to the stock location do you have the turbo sitting?
You may be able to use a stock PSD downpipe for the 94 thru 97 Stroke, but those are all the smashed downpipes like the 93 & 94 IDI turbo used.
The ATS turbo upgrade used a 3" Walker downpipe.
I wish I had written down the part number before I installed mine.
The parts number sticker has long ago been toasted away.
