Yeah, they're beasts and can take one hell of a beating. So far I've beaten every panel out save for the front fender, that ones going to be the hard one. Luckily for me, the cab corner literally banged out perfectly.

Wow, thats a major tragedy. I'm very glad that no one got hurt and I think its really cool that you have such a great attitude about it. Big thumbs up!

I work down in Cruces on a regular basis and I've seen you driving around a few times when I'm down there. Hopefully you can get it all put back together again.

Good luck
Bobby

I think I would have let the s o b hit me. I was involved in something like that years ago and I did the same as you by trying to avoid collision at all costs and ended up crashed into a big heavy steel power pole. I would have been better off just hitting him when he did his left turn across my lane in front of me. Of course it probably would have messed him up pretty bad. The guy was drinking and I did manage to get him before he tried to get away. I jerked him out of his car and threw his keys way down the road. That gave him something to do while the cops were getting there. I had a heck of a time getting the cop to charge him and getting his insurance company to pay because I avoided hitting him. I learned my lesson. just smack 'em...

Hope you come out of this OK. Sorry about your baby, (the truck).

Later Man...

Glad you are ok. Sorry you have to do more work on your truck now, but like Bobby said, I like your attitude about the whole thing. Good luck with it.
