Post Attachments

At the bottom of my pages, it says that I can NOT post attachments. Why is that and how can I change that?

Join the club! By that I do mean Join The Club! At the top of the thread there is a blue bar within which there is a heading "Premium Membership" https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/payments.php Once you are a Club Member you get privileges one of which is the right to post attachments. You also get the title of supporter and the world will know because you get a SUPPORTER badge next to your avatar. Then you get to enter the mysterious domain of the "Club FTE Members Only" forum.
