99 Wires on frame rail...

99 Wires on frame rail...
Hey guys, I notice I have a plug under my truck, and Its connected to a brown wire with a line on it, and an orange wire. They go down to the rear of the truck on the inside of the frame. Does anyone one know what those wires are for? Thanks!

I am sorry, The truck is a 99, and this plug is what the previous owner put on. Its not from the factory
