E4OD Problem :(
I am having a problem with my transmission not wanting to go into gear anymore.
I pulled the engine and trans out, replaced the front pump seal on the trans, got rid of the smog pump and egr on the engine, along with plugging all the vaccum lines leading from the egr/smog pump.
I reinstalled the engine and trans, took it for a test drive around the block, the trans kept coming out of gear (low on fluid), took it to the part store to put more fluid in and as soon I turned in the store the trans stopped working at all and the truck won't move.
I thought that maybe there wasn't enough fluid in the trans, so I went and bought more to make it 16 quarts as the manual said, but nothing! I thought maybe the filter loosened intself, since I've changed the filter and fluid also. So I dropped the pan and the filter was in place. Refilled it up and still nothing.
I plz need any feedback..Thanks..
