What's up man; glad to have you here. What I usually do is upload the photo to personal web space that I own. You can find free image hosting spaces like Photo Bucket or Image Shack. Once the photo is on the web, you need to obtain the URL of the image. It looks like http://blahblahblah.jpg, etc. Then you type that into the post, and put [IMG] in front of the URL and [/IMG] at the end of it. Then the forum knows to replace that code with the actual picture.
What's nice, is a lot of those websites like Photo Bucket and Image Shack already tell you the stuff to paste in. You just paste it from there, into your post, and the forum replaces it for you. Doing this is essentially the same thing I described above, except it's automated for you.
I just use the gallery here too. Always nice when you can see what someones truck looks like by clicking on their name instead of looking for their posts/build threads.
