I have a 1997 F150 S/C 2wd with the 4.6 V8.I need to buy front brake rotors.Whats the easiest way to identify if my truck has front ABS or all wheel ABS? Is it in the VIN #? Or physically how do I tell so I do get the wrong rotors? Also whats the differnce between 12mm and 14mm bolts?I assume I have the 12 mm.

Do you have electrical sensors or tone rings on the front inside of the tires?
Odd's are it's 12mm and rear anti-lock.

If you have rear drums then it's got rear antilock, if you have rear disc, then you've got 4 wheel antilock.
All full size pickups from the early 90's on up have at least rear antilock.....
You can have drums with ABS.
The wifey's 01 Windstar has ABS and rear drums.
Typically if you have rear drums you have a 3 circuit ABS system, the rears will be together on the same hydraulic circuit.
Rear discs will usually have seperate lines to each rear wheel and thus be 4 wheel ABS.
