Tranny issues
Hi I have recently aquired a 78 F-250 and im getting a 79 F-100 next week, I am wondering if there is any way I can put my 4spd tranny from an Inline 6, to a V-8 302. I am not ready for the swap yet, The inline 6 has a good 280 000K on it. The 302 which is in the F-100 has only 51 000K, Yes only 51 000K. I am young so i will drive very quick off the line and the odd burnout or two 
. The inline 6 has seen better days. Can anyone help me out? I am going into this blind and not knowing what to expect.
