Unless somebody has a stockpile somewhere you're not going to find a brand new New Process (NP) anything. The company went away when the New Venture company was formed by GM, Chrysler with components of Muncie (Tranny) and NP.
The closest you're going to get to the 205 would be an aftermarket "upgrade". Atlas by Advanced Adapters comes to mind. They can be pricey.
The NP435 was phased out with the '87 light truck model. They may have been used in the larger F-450's and up afterwords for a while, but haven't been made in years.
You can either rebuild the ones you have or upgrade.
