Electrical

I have a 2002 F250, automatic, 4wd, 7.3 power stroke. Charging idiot light comes on as RPM increases. When idle for a few minutes light goes out. Had alternator checked and found it was bad. Replaced with a new alternator. Same problem with the idiot light. Took the truck to Ford dealer. One battery found to be bad. Replaced with 2 new batteries. Still having the same problem. I drive the truck for about 10 minutes then the idiot light will come on while RPM increases or maintains above idle. Once I stop and the truck idles for about 1 minute the light goes out. Ford told me the serpentine belt was fine and the tensioner was fine as well. Any ideas on what else I can look at? Thanks

I had the same problem. Flickering battery light. Was in a pinch so got a reman from dealership. Two days later same problem. Dealership gave me another reman alt and no problem since. First reman wasn't remanned right.
