C6 slipping
i just dropped a 300 inline six with a C6 auto into my truck...it slips when i start rolling...RPM's go way up there but i'm not moving, i drop it into first...same thing, but when i jump on it, (floor it) it REALLY grabs at about 2000rpm and i take off...i know this isn't normal, anyone know what could be going on? all vaccuum lines are hooked up, the fluid is new and topped off.

C6 slipping
High stalls don't all of a sudden grab at a certain RPM. Sorry bud. You might have a stuck valve or your tranny is just plain wore out. Change the filter just to be sure and then take it in for a rebuild. It should cost no more than $800 installed out the door.
